When can a baby have almond butter and toast?

Hi, I would say after 6 months, as long as it’s the smooth version but make sure it’s the only allergen you give that day and watch for symptoms of allergic reaction. I believe you have you give at least 3 times before you have to be less wary of a reaction x

Almond and toast are two separate allergens so I would probably introduce them separately at first x

I give my 6m old peanut butter on toast. I just cut it into fingers and he sucks it x

My LO is 6.5 months, I gave smooth peanut butter in porridge 3 times in a week gradually increasing the amount (by the 3rd day she had 1/4 of the baby spoon😅). She’s had a slice of toast but did gag and cough some up after about 4 bites. I don’t think she’s ready for that yet will try that again after 7 months x
