Yogurt and fruit Oatmeal Toast with nut butter and banana
Pancakes, oatmeal, bacon, yogurt
My 11yo is allergic to eggs. When we make them for ourselves he'll have yogurt, sausage, or sometimes berries.
Oatmeal/banana, cheerios/cereal, French toast (if you find a recipe with no egg), fruit in general, sausage, bacon, you could do muffins with no egg in them (there's bound to be a recipe out there).
Pretty much same. Oatmeal 🥣 with added peanut 🥜 powder, fresh sliced fruit 🫐🍓 and breakfast sausage OR waffles (basically whatever we're having).
Tofu wit tomatoes lol he’s obsessed with tomatoes
In addition to what everyone has said, we also make “scrambled eggs” with a vegan egg substitute (like “JUST egg”) and he loves it! Just be aware that they’re often made with other allergens like nuts. I also will heat up some frozen hash browns for breakfast too. :)
We have egg and nut allergies so we typically do full fat greek yogurt with fruit, sliced avocado with hemp seeds, beans, or even some bagel with cream cheese. My baby won’t eat pancakes anymore either since she ate them one day when she got sick and was throwing up. She hasn’t touched them since 😞
My daughter isn't allergic but refuses to eat eggs. We do waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast with apple jelly, smoothies when fruit is really ripe, s and cereal when in a rush. She also really likes breakfast sausage
Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
We do yogurt and oats and berries quite often.
