Negative amnisure test but leaking fluid
Hi girls, I had a negative amnisure test (to check for amniotic fluid) yesterday and it was negative. I have been leaking fluid since yesterday and my midwife said she saw it too and it’s not urine. They said to contact them again if I leak a lot but I’m only leaking small amounts and continuously. Has this happened to anyone else? I have no idea what’s going on x

Same! I spoke to my midwife on Thursday about it and she just said the same thing- keep an eye on it if it becomes too excessive then to call triage.
I’ve had this too for the last couple of weeks, one day I got really scared and went to MAC to get checked. Test was also negative and cervix was closed, but the doctor there was incredible and explained it could be a number of factors such as baby doing a lot more pressure on the bladder, or even our hormones loosening everything preparing for birth, and having more discharge is normal in the 3rd trimester.
