Hair stylist question

Basically I wear my hair in a high bun all the time. That’s like safest with my son because he’s 2 yr old, autistic and loves to pull my hair. I’ve noticed a lot of different length stray hairs hanging down in the back. I wish he didn’t have to pull hair as many times as I’ve told him. With that said, also.. When I was about 10 years old, my dad decided it was a good idea to shave the peach fuzz on the back of my neck, he also shaved off my sideburns. So now, I have to continue shaving because it just don’t look right. Is there anyway for me to fix these issues? I mean my son pulling my hair might not change but everything else? Is it fixable?

Take hair supplements and stop shaving your hair. The growth stage is always the ugly stage but it’ll change. Use shampoo without sulfate, that helps with hair volume and growth. Use oils to stimulate the scalp, like mint or rosemary. And if possible don’t always have your hair in a bun cause that stains the hair and breaks it. I’m not a professional but I started my natural hair journey a while back and this wqs the research I came across. You can always research your own hair type and go from there. However it is a process and not a comfortable one at first.

Have you tried a heavy metal detox for your kiddo. I have heard it helps a lot kids with autism . Sometime getting rid of a lot of the behaviors like this. And your hair you’ll have to go through an “ugly phase “ but once it grows out and you get used to seeing yourself with it will be much better. 🩷

@Joanna same for eyebrows? Sorry to ask but mine are on the thin side and I want them to get thicker. Man I don’t wanna feel ugly but I also wanna fix the issue 😬

I have totally been there with the eyebrows once I overdid mine so thin it took me a while to grow them back and I just wore bangs lmaooo
