Blood in stool, 6 week

Has anyone experienced blood in their babies poop? Baby is 6 weeks and has been experiencing 24 hours of blood in his stool, lots of mucus as well. He has pooped about 13 times in the last 24 hours. Currently at emergency room after doctor sent us here, but we’ve been waiting hours. Just curious if anyone has experienced this..
