Question:

My sister in law has 4 brothers, my husband included. Each brother has a long-term significant other, including me. Can someone explain to me why this woman hates ALL of us? She has an issue with every single one of her brother's gf/ wife. What's that about? We all try to be cordial and civil with her, and she's just vicious. I'm an only child, so I don't understand sibling dynamics. Is this normal?

Does she have a partner? Maybe she’s envious of how well the gf/wives are treated if her partner is not treating her well.

Jealous of maybe what her brothers give y’all that her husband doesn’t for her. Like if you get a new car, if your a stay at home mom, if you go on vacations, if your spouse gets you that handbag that you have always wanted, it’s so much that people can be jealous of.

Insecurity and probably feels like you’re “taking” her brothers from her. She should seek therapy of some sort and confront her internal issues lmao.
