5mg vs. 2.5mg
Just looking for a bit of advice as I’ve been told my 2.5mg dosage wasn’t successful, so it has been increased to 5mg for next cycle. Has anybody else experienced this and did it work with the higher dose?

My 5mg letrozole with times intercourse was successful! Ended up with one 18mm follicle (currently pregnant). I will say on a 2.5 I had an IUI with a 16mm follicle & it was not successful. 2.5 just didn’t seem to do the “trick” for me. Best of luck mama

It's my second cycle on letrozole 5mg, first cycle I ovulated but didn't conceive! Fingers crossed for the second. My doctor said if my second cycle doesn't work next cycle he's upping it to 7.5mg
