Vaginal soreness

TMI but I have increased discharge as expected around 37weeks but it’s causing some irritation to my skin. I wear daily liners and change regularly. Has anyone suffered with this and what have you done? I feel I need a cream to soothe.
I’ve tried to do an e-consult for my doctors but it has said to call which I don’t want to do as embarrassed due to knowing a few of the receptionist’s.

@Hannah it could be thrush as I have had mild itching but it’s the irritation that’s the worst!
Defo worth getting a test, and swap to sensitive pads?

Are you having any other symptoms as may be thrush you can use over counter creams but not oral pill. You can ask pharmacist but being pregannat they might suggest you see GP. I have increased discharge so much that I had a little leakage and had to get it checked in triage that it wasn't my waters.
