High risk/consultant led

I was told by my midwife coz I'm high risk ill be having more scans than the norm. BT so far I've had just te 12 week nd 20 week. When do the more scan come in? Just wondering have I missed out on some or are they only yet to come ? Also hw often have you been seen by your consultant? My first one will be this week and wondering is it just a one off or will there be more over the course?

24,28,32 and weekly then on but every hospital is different

Hiya! I think it depends what the reasoning is for being classed as high risk. I was with my daughter, and am again this pregnancy. With my daughter, I had a 32 week scan and then subsequent fortnightly. I’m meeting my consultant for this pregnancy for the first time tomorrow, so will find out if additional scans/appointments are required.

28,32,36,40 weeks i saw my consultant after i went in for my 12 week scan and i believe it will be after the other scans

I had my 20 week scan today and I was told I’d be having them every 2 weeks from 30-38 weeks due to high BMI

I've had one consultant appointment, won't have anymore unless I request them and don't get extra scans. So it depends why your high risk.

I think it depends on why you’re high risk. I’m high risk for blood pressure. With my first I had consultant appointment roughly every month and I’ll be having growth scans at 28, 32 and 36 weeks

I had a small baby last time so think he said 28, 32, 34 and 36 🤷‍♀️

I wasn't high risk per se but I was under consultant care. My consultant appointments were after every scan and I believe the extra scans kick in more in the third timester where it's like every four weeks depending what they see and feel at all appointments

I’ve got extra booked at 32,36 and 39. They might pop in another at 28 too
