Normal poop?

My son is 12 weeks old and has been on Hipp organic since I stopped breastfeeding. He’s had reflux since birth and was starting to spit up more and more on hipp so I changed him to Kendamil comfort just yesterday. The reflux has stopped instantly but now he’s so unsettled after the feeds and seems more windy. He just pooped which to me looks a little slimey - attached here. I’m also adding a pic of his previous poop whilst on hipp. What do you think is going on? Does either poop look normal?
