Question

My warranty company is offering me a used transmission, and I'm not comfortable with that. I've been calling them, and the dealer representative advised me to file a formal complaint. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is it worth continuing to call and send emails, or should I just let it go? Sometimes I feel like I don't want to deal with it anymore.
