Feel terrible

My baby is 16 months old and on cows milk. I gave him a bottle of cows milk at 1.30am this morning as he was unsettled. He drank half the bottle and I put the rest of the bottle on the floor. We have woken up at 8am and he always plays upstairs with some toys and he found his bottle and drank the remaining of the bottle. I’m panicking now as the bottle was made 7 hours ago and hasn’t been kept in fridge and our heating goes on and off in the night too so it does get warm. Will he be okay?

I don't think one off thing would be a problem. Unless it's very very hot in there I wouldn't worry, the worst it can happen is some tummy ache maybe diarrhea things like this but it should resolve by the end of the day.

thank you there was a tiny bit left in the bottle and it hadn’t curdled or gone lumpy but I just felt terrible! X

Don't feel terrible things happen honey, we are human. Just keep an eye on him but he will be fine. Plenty of water today :)

I agree, it should be fine. If he does have a little tummy trouble, he'll be okay after a day or so. Sounds like it still tasted good, or he wouldn't have drank it!

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
