Reducing and switching milk

Do any mums have tips for weaning baby onto cows milk from formula? My baby is 1 in a week and I want to wean him onto cows milk but I’m not sure what is best, he has cows milk with cereal and has been fine with it for a few months. I also need to start reducing his bottles, he normally has three a day in-between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner and then before bed. I want to take the lunch and dinner one out but he’s very reliant on milk and loves his bottles. He doesn’t enjoy eating veg or fruit particularly so when I give them they’re mashed into his meals, what sort of snacks can I do - He’s got quite a big appetite?

Hey so I just started by giving it my little one a bit in the porridge then we swapped her afternoon bottle for water or watery juice x

We’ve swapped the middle one for a snack so like a pinwheel or baby biscuits / wafers / toast / hummus and veg etc. With the cows milk last night and this morning we did half formula half cows milk and she was fine might just go for the straight swap next week. X

We've just gone for the straight swap from formula to cows milk. My LO has been having cows milk on her cereal for months, and has been totally fine with the straight swap. Following for suggestions of how to reduce day time bottles though! Even though we're on cows milk now we're stuck in a rhythm of a drink of milk before a nap ... But have had some success a few times with having a snack instead or having milk downstairs so not to always associate it with sleeping!
