KIT days
For those of you that I’ve done kit days if I did a half-day would they give me a half-day rate or can you go in for half day and end up getting paid for the whole day?
Has anyone got any good examples of kit days that they’ve used? I was thinking about doing a training day and then also requesting planning time that I do at home?
I’m exclusively Breastfeeding so limited on how long I can leave my little one

I have been paid hourly for my KIT days. Also, I explained to my work that I’m BF and they have let me WFH each KIT day. I have gone in in the morning and met with my LM and then gone home and completed the tasks we have agreed for me to focus on that day. I have used my KIT days for an INSET day, to support with a writing workshop, do year 11 mock marking and developing schemes of work.
