Teeth brushing tips?

Does anyone have any tips for teeth brushing that actually work? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve tried singing, brushing them in the bath, letting him play with the toothbrush. I’m lucky if the brush even touches his lips anymore 😔 Thank you!!

Do you brush your teeth in front of him? I found that’s helped my little girl, she knows exactly what’s coming now when we get our toothbrushes and opens her mouth when I say ‘ahh’. Sorry it’s not a super helpful answer!x

What kind of toothbrush do you have for him? I think my little one thinks of her toothbrush as a teether so when I give it to her she sits there bitting it for ages and she probably likes the taste of the toothpaste. She's usually very excited to have the toothbrush too, I think keeping it in a ziplock bag and taking it out infront of her helps cause the crinkly noise attracts her attention

We have the milk teeth brush that looks like an octopus! He’ll happily chew the handle of it for hours 🤣 I have brushed my teeth with him but I have an electric brush so I don’t know if he connects the two 🤷🏼‍♀️

Nope right there with you lucky if we can get past the tongue atm 🙈🤣

We use a finger brush and she likes it we have been brushing since her 1st tooth cut so she's use to it now xxx
