Can anyone explain to me how to let our kids process their emotions healthily

Especially enotions anger, sadness and whining? What resources/books taught this the best? Thanks!

Have a look at the Zones of Regulation, it’s really good for helping children process what they are feeling and gives ideas of strategies they can use and ways you can support them x

I’m not sure where you are based but where I am in the UK the kids primary school has different workshops on (in person and group teams calls on the evenings) for parents for all different things, emotional regulation being one of them. Also children’s centres often have them too x
