Surnames
Next year I will have 3 kids, under 3 with 3 different surnames and can I just say the judgement from some people and health workers is crazy

Are you caring, providing warmth, food, shelter and a loving environment? I assume yes so they can mind their own business! Some people have zero ideas the circumstances of people's lives. As long as you and your children are happy then ignore them, let them judge or whatever, sad lives people lead!
My siblings and I (3of us) all have different last names & now I have 3 kids with all different last names although my last two are from the same father the second time around I didn’t feel he deserved that right and so I gave my child my last name. It’s your choice and your business people will always find something to judge about Fuck the looks, it is what it is
I'd either say "what a weird thing to say outloud" or turn it into a joke and be like "at least I'm not Nick Cannon" or something lol. fuck em
