Am I wrong? Before i start an unnecessary argument
I'm in. Long distance relationship. My boyfriend of 6 months is coming down for the weekend. Unfortnately I have the flu. He still wants to come up and visit me. We had booked tickets to go cinema on Saturday, I told him I'm still really unwell I won't be able to go cinema.
He said no problem he will let me know if it is worth watching.
Am I wrong?
I would request a refund for the tickets or I won't go and stay at home with him and take care of him. He is leaving on sunday so we don't have much time together.
I'm annoyed that he still wants to go. Am I being silly?

It’s really weird he still wants to go! it’s really early in your relationship so now is the time to express yourself as much as possible and tell him what you find rude
Oh I don’t think I’d mind, he’ll be gone for like 2.5 hours but obviously would be nice if he suggested to look after you instead.

Me and my husband was distance relationship (England to Sweden) for 3 years. If he had come to visit me and left me at home I would have been piiiiisssed. Time is precious when they're so far away.

No you are not being silly the whole point of going to see your person is to spend time with them not leave you alone! Like this should be an opportunity of him wanting to take care of you since you have been sick. You deserve someone who wants to be there for you. 💝
