PGP and other physio related issues

I haven’t been diagnosed (although have had PGP with first pregnancy mildly), but I think I might have a touch of it again and also some nerve pain along my outer thighs. Google is identifying that as something called meralgia paraesthetica which I can’t pronounce, but my question is has anyone successfully done something (massage? yoga? Pilates?) that actually alleviated symptoms? It’s not mega debilitating but with a 3yo to run after and buggy push and carry et al I need to try nip it in the bud…I know it’s probably a rock/hard place situation 😅 TIA!

I got a referral to physio for my pelvic girdle pain and he's given me exercises to help with it. It's too early to say if the exercises are working but I do feel more positive that I have something to try and help with it. Otherwise I have found things that ease the pain short term but as soon as I stop doing those things the pain comes back like- being in water swimming or a bath and sitting on my pregnancy ball. I have had to limit what I can do for now like I can't pick my toddler up unless I really need to because the pain just gets worse and I also can't bend down.
