Fever
My 3 and half month only has had a fever all day I’ve been giving her Tylenol every five hours, and it doesn’t seem to be getting much better she eating normal my but she’s been extra fussy and sleeping more often in shorter spurts, at what point should I take her to the doctor ?

My pediatricians have always said 100.4 or higher regardless of Tylenol
Call her pediatrician and see what they say. It’s the weekend though, so they won’t be in. Try calling a children’s hospital to see what they recommend.
Give your baby little bit more cold then warm bath as many as you need …always works to low the fever and put cold towels in the forehead and armpits …and on the head ..
A lot of breastfeeding …
When the fever becomes high. I think the recommendation is 101 or higher? Or if she wasn’t nursing normally. If not I’d keep a close eye and baby-wear a lot so I can monitor her. But I’m not a doctor! 🫶🏼
