Hey, I'm so sorry to hear this, this sounds like an extremely stressful time for you. Remember you are never alone, do you have any friends/family/previous guardians that you feel safe to reach out to and can ask them to come with you? I would reach out to your maternity services and let them know, or let them know at the scan so that they can provide some extra guidance/support. It may feel like you can't do this without him right now, but it won't feel like that forever, it's okay to ask for help, you will find that you are more resilient than you ever knew. Sending love💗
