I’ve got the first Health Visitor visit tomorrow, what happens at this appointment and how long does it last?

Mine came round my house for about an hour. She was lovely. Asked about me and my husband, if we felt prepared etc. and she basically answered all the questions I could think of. Oh and she talked through what HV actually do. It was informative and made me feel better. They don’t go and look around your house or anything like that xx

Ours was over the phone and only lasted about 15 minutes. They asked about how we plan on feeding baby and spoke to us about safe sleep. They also checked what vaccines. It was pretty straightforward.
