Vomiting

My little boy has the last few days been vomiting quite a bit after his milk, he’s been on 5oz for 5 weeks now and never had a problem before, he has got acid reflux which he’s on gaviscon for which really settled him down but all of sudden he’s vomiting after his bottles not just spit up, he doesn’t have a fever and doesn’t seem unwell, I’m contacting the GP tomorrow but just find is strange Could this be a milk allergy or just something 3 month olds go through? Advice would be really appreciated Thankyou x

I feel like if it was an allergy you would have known by now🤷🏻‍♀️. My LO is nearly 4 months and got an allergy she was given gaviscon at first just to rule out reflux but I think she’s still go it. We’re just trying to get the CMPA milk into her and the dairy out of her. I never had dairy when I was breastfeeding and did that for 6 weeks and then used my freezer supply for just over 2 weeks she was about 9 weeks when I gave her formula and she came up with rashes her poos was something else the vomit was next level she would scream so much in pain during and after feeding and I went to the doctors they just gave us gaviscon and now finally at 15 weeks they gave us milk and she’s so much better she’s 16 weeks now and she’s like a completely different baby

We knew by 3 weeks that something wasn’t quite right with my little girl and by 1 month, she was in hospital and diagnosed with CMPA. It is likely you would have seen this by now, however, not impossible! Do they have any other symptoms of an allergy? x

I had to switch to Carobel (thickener) as the gaviscon wasn’t working any longer
