Get mam bottles and you can microwave them. If not I recommend the mam sterilised x

Milton cold water. You just pop a tablet (or the liquid) in with the water then it’s good for 24 hours. If you do this method, just so you are aware any other tablet (or liquid) that isn’t Milton brand you need to rinse the bottle before use. You do not need to rinse before use with Milton 🙂 A lot of people will probably recommend mam but personally I absolutely hated them, such a faff😅
