Very dry baby skin - products?
Hi all, my baby’s skin is super dry (scaly texture) - any safe product recommendations would be much appreciated! He’s 5 months old and we bathe him every second day as he does sweat in the night. Thank you!

Cetraben or 50:50 ointment, combined with a GP prescribed steroid. I only wash once a week and for no longer than 15 minutes (as advised by GP). Is he too hot if he's sweating? X
I was advised by GP to use Epiderm (one in the tub) and cream in a downwards direction 3-4 time daily. This has worked and baby skin is now smooth.
Bathing once a week and putting baby oil in the bath water every other week worked for me
Epaderm as a cream and oilatum emollient for the bath. Recommended by dermatologist. We bath her 3 times a week. x
Oilatum works wonders for our girl.
Epiderm as a Moisturiser and oilatum emollient in bath. Recommended by the GP. We bath every other day and I had been using coconut oil up until now.

Doctors have told me that bathing them too much can cause dry skin they say every other day at the most is best for dry skin. My LB is also 5 months he’s got ezcema and has been prescribed some cream and bath emollient from the pharmacy.
