Are they worth it? Anyone got one or planning on getting one for Christmas?

Accidently clicked no We decided to go for a smart smartrike instead personally As for apart from the folding the price is a bit steep personally Plus I got my girls on a sale deal

I was thinking about getting one but changed my mind. I was looking at trikes on fb marketplace. A lot said ‘hardly used condition’ and my hubby said it’s a lot of money for another ‘pram’ 🤷‍♀️ x

We absolutely love ours and I’ve never regretted buying it. I’ll caveat that with the fact that around 7 months our baby started hating going in the pram & being strapped in. In the Doona he holds the handlebars & thinks he’s riding the trike. 9/10 he loves going in the trike and is miles happier in it. Pros: - so easy to fold, takes up minimal boot space - fantastic for the airport (can be taken on the plane & put in overhead) - newest doona has cup holder for toddler - personally, I think the doona looks smarter than other trikes on the market - eventually converts to a bike as he grows Cons: - not good on terrain other than relatively flat surfaces ie. pavements, shops etc (kerbs can be tricky as it’s light & low down) - very expensive brand new in comparison to similar brands (definitely get it second hand!!) - sunshade is super flimsy and always seems to be broken on second hand listings

We went for the Globber for his first birthday 2 weeks ago and have only used it once so far. It’s a pain to fold and to get him in whilst wearing bulky coat etc, but I think it will be better when the weather is nicer!
