Alternative to the highchair

We've got a low chair which my LO loves. We sit him down next to the garden window so he can look out. He's much closer to the ground this way, perhaps you could sit next to him in this way?

I have an ingenuity booster seat that straps to the chair, and also has straps to strap the baby in so they can’t fall out. Got it from Amazon and my boy eats so much better now he’s in it x

I have the foldable camping/feeding chair, you can strap it to a dining chair and you strap them in it too, my daughter loves it, I hated our hight chair coz it takes too much space

Thank you all! We did take the seat off his highchair and strapped it to the chair which works for a week or so but back to hating it again now, unless it’s on the floor so maybe I’ll try that!

I bought a booster cushion. It's great as he sits at the table with us still and doesn't get frustrated over being strapped in.

@Ellie does she slip off it or anything - so scared of him sliding off without warning

@Eleanor Not yet, it straps to the chair and he stays there until he's done then he'll get down by himself. Definitely can't leave him to it though as sometimes he climbs on the table!
