Pooping every feed
My 13 month old has started to poo after every single meal he eats. Not with milk feeds but actual food even if he takes a bite of something 5 mins later he will poo and it is a big poo, he’s gone through round 6 dirty nappies today and 2 outfits. He had a fever for a day this week and has some teeth cutting through but other than that he’s fine so I’m confused whether to take him to the doctors?

It’s neither solid nor liquid! He’s been having dairy + cow milk for the longest time and never had this issue!
