Teeth coming through in weird order!

My little girl (turns 1 in a couple of weeks) has 3 at the top, 2 at the bottom and 3 molars with the 4th coming through! What is going on in there?! No wonder she’s been cranky… 🤦🏼‍♀️ Anyone else in the same boat?!
