Make sure the area is fully dry, nappy free time, sudosalve is good, it has nearly healed my little boys nappy rash in 48hrs, sudocrem didn’t help.

Organic unrefined shearwater worked for me till date. I also used 99.9% water wipes with nothing else and wet the wipes with chamomile eat. It help calm the rashes. No usages of anything containing harsh nonsense

If using wet wipes, pat your baby down afterwards with a clean muslin cloth. Then I use weleda nappy cream which seems to work, bepanthen nappy cream is supposed to be good too

I use weleda nappy cream, change diaper brand to a more clean one and make sure babe gets enough nappy free time

Aquaphor - it can found in Walmart and is a Vaseline like substance but definitely helps!

Metanium

Metanium

Metanium (the yellow one). One day of applying it and the nappy rash was gone with my son!

Bepathen, open air, frequent changes will help clear it up quicker. I used vaseline as a barrier cream every nappy change and we had few occasions of mild nappy rash owing to loose stools.

Metanium has been discontinued so you won’t be able to get that. Bepanthen is good.

nutmeg nappy rash cream from morrinsons did wonders for me. sometimes the cheap stuff does it better lol

@Savannah um this is the England group lol, we don't have Walmarts 😂
