Starting HCG

Just had my first blood draw and it’s 246, is this a good starting point? Nervous due to having 2 losses in the past

It depends on what day it was taken, and also varies from person to person. There are broad brackets of numbers that correspond with what week a pregnancy is at, and the variance is rather large. What’s most important is where it is in 48hrs. You’d need to ask for a follow up beta HCG draw to know if things are off to a viable start, but you are doing a great job so far! To say you only need 6 units of HCG to get a positive, it’s definitely gone up! X
