When should I start preparing for labour like drinking okra water and raspberry leaf tea and doing all the exercises

Speak to your midwife about when you should start doing those things, they're best to advise you

You don't need to do any of that if you don't want to. The evidence behind them is weak at best so I wouldn't stress it.

I only tried those things once I was officially over due. I did a bumpy car ride and the next morning she was born xo
