New year
Hey what are we all doing at new year with our babies? I’m a new single mum and I guess in some ways I’m struggling to do things on my own with him. As I’m so used to that companionship and doing it as a family.
Found out my partner had been cheating on me so it’s all a mess I’m just thinking long term

For the last 5 years, we have had a small group of people over. We eat, drink, play games and watch stuff. I love it so much. I hate going out in the cold, I am a homebody and I was to be there for my babies. We will expand the group as the kids get older and or we get more space in the house.

I stayed home last year, had my family round. My son went bed at normal time and we stayed up having a few drinks, listening to music, playing games, quizzes, watching the count down ect. My son did wake up at about 11pm and he ended up seeing the new year in with us and having a dance watching the fireworks from the garden, then he went back to bed about 1am 🤣 we had a lovely time, so doing the same this year. I've been a single mum since day one, and do all the things with my son that people do as a family. Except my family is just me and my son we're no different, so my advice carry on doing the things u used to do, take a friend with u or a family member if u don't want to do it on ur own
