Working out your gluteals will fill them in! It takes work and motivation if it's something you actually want, but keep in mind because you don't use those muscles for any natural daily movement, if you stop working out, you lose that muscle and gain the hip dips.
Will gaining weight generally help?
Depends on how you carry🙁 extra weight wouldn't help me. Exercise would be the only thing to help for me
You can’t get rid of hip dips because it’s your bone structure
It’s not really a way to get rid of them because it is caused by bone structure. If you really want them to go away, I believe you can do so by cosmetic surgery.
