Chest xray
Has anyone had a chest xray & VQ scan for possible blood clots? They have assured me its minimal risk but im so anxious about it😬

I was in a&e a few months ago possible blood clot and was told that the VQ scan can affect genetics for baby, not sure if that’s true. In the end they monitored me and I didn’t need a scan but I didn’t want the VQ x

@Laura however it was very mixed messages I got
In my first pregnancy, I had a suspected blood clot on my lung. I had to have dye injected into me to see if it was a blood clot. I was given blood thinning injections afterwards. Baby girl was and is healthy, so didn’t affect her in any way. Hope that reassures you x
