Baby sensor breathing mat

Yes I used one for my 1st for a short while. Every time I picked her up to feed her the alarm went off (and it was really loud!) as I never remembered to turn it off in the middle of the night. It also meant my anxiety levels were even more heightened because I then had another thing to panic about. Put baby on their back without any blankets and they will be fine x We also started off with camera baby monitor and that also raised my anxiety a tonne as I’d be constantly checking it. Turns out, if baby wakes up you will hear them no matter where you are! Honestly I believe these things are just thought up by company’s to create panic amongst parents that if they don’t have them something will go wrong and so they must be bought! You don’t need it honestly x
