Anyone us a journal like this or anything to help keep track of things. I need to lose 50lbs and I'm bad with motivation and I have no support.

I use from beginning Fitatu app and I put everything what I was eating drinking it shows how many carbs fats and protein you should eat I still use to track weight loss 📉 there is some recipes as well some of them are nice you can put your own meal and will count everything for you. So I will advise that sort of app. Now I don't count calories I just know how much I can eat . Is hard takes time and besides my hubby I don't have any support either. But is worth to fight for yourself . I hope to lose 16kg more (35lbs) I start this year with 105kg (231lbs) now 86.3kg (190lbs ) . You Can Do It!
