I’ve started the mini pill. Doesn’t affect milk supply and progestin only. Had a little break thru bleeding for a couple days but besides that no side effects yet. It’s hard to choose between all the options but this is working well for me so far!

I'm also on the mini pill, makes me super emotional but I don't wanna have 3 under 3 😵‍💫

I’m on the implant. The pills wouldn’t be good for me cause I’d forget to take them and I don’t like how they made me feel. With those it’s not bad but I’ve been on my period for about 2 weeks now

I chose the copper iud as I didn’t want to get anything hormonal I was very lucky to not feel anything while having it placed and so far I have no issues The birth control which is best is very individual. You have to consider if you want something with Hormons or not Do you want to take it every day or not? Planning an other baby soon or maybe looking for something long term? What fits you and your every day life?

I’m on the Nuva Ring. I just insert it vaginally on the same day every month, take it out 3 weeks later, wait the 7 days and then put in a new one. Suuuuper easy and don’t notice or think about it except those two days out of the month lol

I’ve started Depo. I’ve been thinking of switching because of certain side affects and apparently there’s a lawsuit against it. Does anyone have any experience with Depo?
