Speak to your manager as should risk assessments in place
I would have a word with your manager, you are supposed to have a risk assessment every trimester and surely weather conditions are a factor.
I’m a HV manager and have always done risk assessments on my staff that include this over winter. Your joints are more mobile and bendy than usual so it wouldn’t take as much for you to fall, your centre of gravity is different too and whilst you may have instinctive protective mechanisms you could still be injured. I’ve always made sure staff don’t have to carry equipment, if they do then they can bring their car closer to the office door and someone will help otherwise swap visits around. We look at more office or home based work when it is really bad ajd have even looked at days spent in other buildings if the ice hasn’t been gritted well enougu
Oh bless! Please becareful out there, could you do telephone consultations, remote triage or caseload review as you’re at high risk. These are some of the things l did when l struggled. Im sure your colleagues will understand x
