Loose skin - help!

I’m 9 months PP and I have so much loose skin on my belly. Help! I lost the baby weight rather quickly. I’m back down to my pre baby weight, if not less, and I had gained like 50 pounds. My belly skin is so loose. I know there’s gotta be something I can do. 🥲 Any tips? I lift, do Pilates and eat high protein. I know I’m still early PP and that it won’t all go away, but I need some of it to lol.

Congrats on your progress, Mama—you’re doing amazing! 💪 Loose skin is super normal at 9 months postpartum and takes time to tighten. Keep focusing on strength training, high-protein meals, and hydration to support skin elasticity. Adding collagen-rich foods and core-focused exercises can also help. Remember, patience is key, and your body is incredible for all it’s done

Maybe some of the diastasis recti exercises? Even if u don’t have DR, they’re still exercises that work your deep core. Might help with tightening?
