Very confused!

Yesterday I took the digital test in the picture and it said pregnant 1-2 weeks. I thought it was a false positive but bought more tests to check and they’ve all come back like this? Are they all evap marks? The three lots of strips down the bottom are the inside of three digital tests that said not pregnant and they all have three lines on them though it’s hard to see in the picture. I know pulling them apart makes them invalid but I was driving myself mad trying to figure out if i had just gotten a false positive on the digital. I had also drank a 600ml water before taking those three digital ones so thought that may have diluted my urine which is why the may have came up negative. I’ve used a few first responses but they’re negative as far as I can see.
