Should I take him in?

So my 3 year old ended up picked up his brother and dropped him on his head (no matter how many times I tell him not to). This is a result of it. It’s been about two hours. Should I take him to get looked at? He seems to be fine. Smiling, eating, took a nap, crawling, basically normal stuff

Does his soft spot feel okay? Are his pupils okay? My toddler dropped a metal water bottle on my baby’s head. Like right at that same spot. Those are the two main questions the phone nurse asked me (along with behavior changes). My baby was fine and we didn’t go to the ER:

@Haley his sop spot is almost closed (he almost 8month old and pedestrian says it normal) and his pupils seem fine. He’s not acting any different. But it’s still red hours later and warm.

I wouldn’t if he’s acting normal and everything feels normal and he was consoled easily but if you’re unsure it never hurts to check. Was it on hard floor or carpet?
