I'm starting to see results!

I downloaded an app for intermittent fasting and I'm starting to see my weight come down! It takes being very intentional about anything going into my mouth, as snacking heavily can undo the fasting period. But with some light exercises added and the intentionally eating? I'm down 7lb in a few weeks. I was 215 Dec 1st and now I'm 208. I don't take any weight loss meds, because I know I should be living better. And now by being very intentional, I'm starting to see results! It helps I think, that my husband is also trying to lose weight and were encouraging each other. Normally with just one, the other is tempting sweets and it's hard! But with us both long term committed to this? I'm actually seeing results. (He's doing it for a career change and me for health.)

And just to clarify: I started fasting for the first time, convinced I couldn't really do it. I just pushed break back and hr. Then in 30-40 minute increments back. Then I learned I didn't need breakfast and got comfortable with it. Then I got an app and it had tips for free. And I'm a SAHM to 2 kids who love to eat!
