Long distance

There is this person I met on a dating app. We are trying long distance. He wanted to take it slow so we aren't dating yet. He is a single dad. We got in a argument recently last week and he made a statement of " imma act different here on out." He said he hasn't been acting different but he doesn't text me as much or as soon. He also doesn't answer his phone as much anymore. His response to that was he is busy at work. He use to text me back when ever I sent a message and it never interfered before. He goes hours sometimes with out texting me back. I already bought a ticket to go see him. Since he got a ticket last time to come see me. I'm so lost if I want this to work. I can't even get reburst for the ticket. I don't know if I'm over reacting.
