@Elena oh i see, i've been kind of doing this with my LO so im glad to see that im doing it somewhat right! i will admit ive been neglecting the BLW part simply because it intimidated me a bit, im just really trying to incorporate a bunch more foods! thanks so much
No worries I was so worried too but it just takes a little time and then you and baby get used it to x
This is why I did puree and BLW weaning mixed and have just slowly introduced more BLW as he’s got the hang of it. So for example yesterday he had beans on toast and banana yoghurt for breakfast (he ate the toast himself and I spoon fed the beans and yoghurt) for lunch he had veggie mash and potato and carrot tots (he fed himself the carrot tots and I spoon fed the mash) and then for dinner he had a chicken roast and a satsuma (I spoon fed the roast as it was mushed down but lumpy and he fed himself the satsuma).
