Staying fit in pregnancy
I’ve just found out I’m pregnant with my second which I’m beyond excited about.
But I’ve put on 3 stone since having my 1st 3 years ago. I know I’m going to put weight on and I’m okayish with it. But I am miserable with how I look and nothing fitting me.
Is it possible to tone up and not necessarily lose weight, but to not get massive over pregnancy 😩
I lost 70 pounds before finding out im pregnant. I'm now weeks and was able to lose another 12 pounds in the first 3 months and have only been able to maintain since then. If you're bmi is in the obese category you could try to lose weight even while pregnant.
