The little packets like that are good however if your little one isn’t used to chewing food and those size bites it is a choking hazard as they have chunks and bits in them so I would give them an extra shred! Xx
Finger foods are great for BLW as you can cut things like avocado, fruit, veg, cheese into long finger sizes and they’re perfect and easy to store in the fridge for when you’re at work!
Egg bites are also great because you can add cheese, veg, meat and freeze them! So when you’re at work they can be defrosted overnight for baby or even to be made in the morning they are so quick!
(Using cupcake trays, throw in egg, anything u want and it makes the perfect size for BLW!)
I would ideally start with first tastes of veg and fruit build up to combinations of them and then start meals but it’s always each to their own x
To start with I would give a vegetable or fruit and work up to a meal Majority can be modified for baby as long as doesn’t contain food they cant have and its cut to be safe its fine!! Dinners you listed seem good to me for a baby! Giving purees wont impact baby at all! Purees are solids technically because anything not milk is a solid! I wouldn’t give baby anything not for their age though as it might not be prepared safely for them
