What about going swimming in the leisure centres? We attend the local baby groups almost every day around Pembroke so it’s hard when they all stop as it’s become part of LO’s routine.

Yes we arw gunna start swimming after christmas! Honestly when the groups stopped I was just like noooo they break our day up so much!

What groups do you attend in pembroke? I only go to one in pembroke and that's the Tuesday group in foundary all my other groups are so spread out I'd like more local ones!

Monday….. I attend baby massage on a Monday but I know there are….. Rhyme time in Pembroke Dock library Baby massage in the Flying Start Centre Breast feeding group in Foundary House Tuesday I attend the Foundary House group with my 5 month old. Wednesday I do travel out to Tenby school for baby group but I know there is a baby group in St John’s Church in Pembroke Dock 9-11 in the hall at the back of the church. Thursday I attend the Flying Start centre in the afternoon for under 1 baby group. It’s a lovely little group with one of the ladies running it that holds the Foundary group on a Tuesday! There’s also baby yoga in the leisure centre 11am-12pm which is a small group. Friday I travel back out to Tenby School for the baby group. All provide tea, coffee and biscuits which is a bonus! (Apart from baby yoga) x

Sorry to jump on, but I’m Pembroke so this is all handy info for when my little one comes along 😄
