Ectopic heartbeat
Has anyone else been told that baby has ectopic heartbeat at a midwife appointment?
Midwife only counted 125 beats today and heard ectopic beats so have to go back again next week and now I’m worried!

@Charlotte sorry yeah - I’m talking about baby having ectopic heartbeat! I have googled which I know is never good and it seems to be common. Just wondering if there is anything to worry about…

I have it also; don’t worry, it’s actually pretty normal especially if pregnant and or anaemic, i had to have a monitor etc as I was getting a lot of them and I had a scan on my heart. All looking good and just a thing in pregnancy, I’ve started taking iron tablets and it has calmed down a lot x
