Constipation?

Has anyone ever had issues with LO having constipation or similar symptoms? My LG has been really distressed this week when she’s needed to go, floods of tears and panicking, not wanting to sit on the toilet or really upset when she’s on there or having accidents. She’s saying her tummy is hurting as well. Never usually have any issues like this. I’m going to try get her in the doctors tomorrow but just wondered if anyone else had a similar experience?
